The quality management system is essential for our on-going credibility and to provide maximum benefit to our customers. The system is based on the requirements of International Organization for Standardisation ISO, Quality systems - model for quality assurance in design/development, production, installation and servicing (ISO 9001, Quality systems for design/development, production, installation and servicing) and Australian Standard AS3563-1991, Software quality management system.
The adoption of a quality management system is essential for our ongoing credibility and to continue supporting “our customers” in obtaining maximum benefits from information technology.
All managers, staff and sub-contractors are responsible for compliance with, and on-going improvement of the quality management system and for ensuring that all procedures are properly performed.
The quality management system is defined in the quality manual and procedures with supporting tools. The system and its use shall be subject to continual review.All affected staff shall have a formal introduction to the system and relevant training in those procedures with which they must comply.
